Short Introduction of Designer:

MARIA.B DESIGNS (PVT) LTD is the largest manufacturer and retailer of women’s fashion garments in Pakistan, with a large clientele in the US and Europe. The company was set up in 1999 by Maria, after she graduated from PSFD (Pakistan School of Fashion Design), affiliated with La Chambre Syndicale de Parissiene (Paris). She graduated with honors securing the top position in all four years of studies. In 1997 Maria won an international fashion competition held in Belgium called “Les Etoiles de la Mode”. Here she was also named as one of the three upcoming designers in the world. 

After studying the strict Parisienne “Haute Couture” and Prêt-a-Porter courses she created MARIA.B, Pakistan’s first professional fashion house.

HSY latest dresses exhibition

Following dresses designs are presented by Hassan Sheryar Yaseen (HSY) on PFDC Fashion week by Sunsilk. HSY is well know fashion designer of Pakistan with wide range of dresses collection icluding HSY Wedding, HSY Couture, HSY R2W (Ready to Wear) and ohers. 

HSY awards and achievements:

• HSY is the winner of Designer of the Year Award at the Lux style awards 2005 as well as in 2007 in Malaysia
• HSY also won the Most Stylish Fashion Icon at the MTV Style Awards in 2008 as well as being on the Hot 100 list of people in Dubai as a Style Icon
• The label has won Style Guru of the year by the Indus Style awards in 2007
• Hassan was named the top 20 Male Fashion Icons of the world by International !Q Magazine 2009
